Who We Are

A Massachusetts native, Shane most recently spent two years at McKinsey & Company, where he served as a Senior Business Analyst advising leading semiconductor, technology, and industrial clients on new business building, growth strategy, and sales transformations.

Before McKinsey, he worked on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Correspondent for then-House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, focusing on correspondence and legislative issues related to education, labor, health, and judicial. Shane holds a B.A. from Georgetown University.

In the fall of 2025, Shane joined Miller Strategies as an Associate.
