Natalie McIntyre
PrincipalOriginally from Kentucky, Natalie brings extensive public policy and legislative affairs experience from two Presidential Administrations and senior leadership roles in the United States Senate. Most recently, Natalie served in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs as Special Assistant to the President, where she led Senate engagement and advanced Administration priorities across healthcare, education, labor, agriculture, and financial services policy.
In the Senate, she served as Legislative Director for U.S. Senator Bill Hagerty and previously worked for then–Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, developing deep expertise in legislative strategy, coalition building, and policy leadership.
During the 45th Presidential Administration, Natalie was the principal Senate legislative liaison at the White House Office of Management and Budget and earlier served as a senior policy advisor at the Office of National Drug Control Policy. Since 2012, she has volunteered for Republican Presidential Conventions and most recently served on the 2024 Trump Presidential Transition Team. She graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, and earned a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
In early 2026, Natalie joined Miller Strategies as a Principal.
