Who We Are

Jeffrey Miller is Chair of the US Holocaust Memorial Council, appointed by President Trump in March 2026, and has been a member of the council since 2021. He is the founder and CEO of Miller Strategies, LLC, which has provided strategic counsel to prominent political figures and Fortune 500 companies across the country. In addition to running Miller Strategies, LLC, he serves as a founding partner at Watchtower Strategy, a public affairs firm, and a principal at Ryan, LLC, a global tax services firm.

With more than 30 years of experience in Republican leadership roles, Mr. Miller has built a reputation as a nationally respected strategist, fundraiser, and public affairs advisor and was acknowledged by the New York Times as “one of Washington’s most prominent Republican lobbyists.” 

He most recently served as Finance Chair of the 60th Presidential Inaugural Committee for President Trump and Vice President Vance. Previously, he also served as Finance Chair of the 2020 Republican National Convention, Vice Finance Chair of the 58th Presidential Inaugural Committee, political advisor for Speaker Kevin McCarthy, Finance Chair for the California Republican Party, the California Campaign Chair for Rick Perry for President in 2012, Co-Finance Chair for the Republican Governors Association, and political advisor to former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Mr. Miller currently serves on the national board of the Republican Jewish Coalition and the Make-A-Wish Southern Florida board of directors.

Additionally, from 2013 until then-Governor Rick Perry was sworn in as Secretary of Energy, Mr. Miller spent four years overseeing the governor’s political operation, which included serving as the campaign manager and chief strategist for the governor’s presidential campaign. Previously, Mr. Miller was a partner for one of the top five California lobbying firms, where he was annually ranked as one of the twenty most influential people in California politics. He served in the U.S. Naval Reserves from 1992 to 1998 in SBU XI, a river warfare unit.
