Who We Are

Originally from North Carolina, Jack most recently served as Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs, acting as one of President Donald Trump’s liaisons to the U.S. House of Representatives.

At the White House, Jack led engagement across key economic and financial policy portfolios, focusing primarily on the Ways and Means, Financial Services, and Small Business committees. He played a pivotal role in shepherding landmark legislation through Congress, including the One Big Beautiful Bill and the GENIUS Act, as well as other major policy successes.

Jack spent nearly a decade working in Congress in high-level leadership and committee roles. He served as Senior Advisor and Director of Member Services to Chairman Jason Smith on the House Ways and Means Committee, following his work for the House Budget Committee. He also served in House Leadership as Special Assistant to then-House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy. Jack is a graduate of NC State University and lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife, Alex.

In the summer of 2026, Jack joined Miller Strategies as a Principal.
